How does it work?
Choose your keepsake and upload a photo of your pet. Our in-house artist creates the design and sends you a free proof. Once you approve it, we make it in our Melbourne studio and send it to you.
What kind of photo should I use?
A clear, well-lit photo where you can see their face and markings works best. If you only have older or blurry photos, get in touch before ordering and we'll help you choose.
Will I see the design before it's made?
Yes. Every order comes with a free artwork proof, and we won't start making anything until you approve it.
How long will it take?
Everything is made to order in Melbourne. Most pieces are dispatched within 2 to 12 business days. You'll find the timing for each piece on its product page.
Can I add their name?
Yes, many of our pieces let you add your pet's name, like on the sleeve of our halo jumper and sweatshirt.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship worldwide.
