What is the return policy?

How long until my order is shipped?

Our standard turnaround time for orders is approximately 1-3 weeks from the order date, due to items being custom/made-to-order. Once your order is shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email on the order.

Can I get a custom image or logo embroidered?

If you can't see anything on our website/any template design to suit what you're after, you can reach out to us at hello@cherryembroidery.com if you have a specific design that you may need assistance in turning into an order. 

What if my package is lost, stolen, damaged on arrival?

If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, you’ll need to lodge a claim directly with the shipping carrier using your tracking details. We’re always happy to assist and can provide any information or documentation you may need to support your claim.

Do you have a minimum order quantity?

Nope! You can order just one piece. Whether it's a single gift or a bulk order for your business, we're happy to help.

Can I embroider my own item?

Yes! You can either drop your item into our Melbourne studio or mail it to us from anywhere in Australia (or internationally). We can add any of our designs, or work with you on something custom.

Before we get started, we'll ask you to sign a quick waiver. Embroidery is permanent and there's always a small risk with certain fabrics, so we want to make sure everyone's on the same page.

There are a few items we won't work on: shoes of any kind, items valued over $500, one-of-a-kind heirlooms, worn undergarments, or anything that isn't clean.

How do I send my garment in?

Just reach out to us at hello@cherryembroidery.com before sending anything. We'll confirm your design, send through the waiver, and give you our studio address to post to. Once we've finished your piece, we'll ship it back to you.

Do you do bulk or business orders?
