"Will it really look like my pet?"
Absolutely. We don't use templates or generic breed drawings. Every portrait is custom created from your pet's photo, capturing the unique features that make them instantly recognisable; from their markings and colouring to their expression and personality. Our team has 9+ years of experience in illustration, embroidery and digitising, giving you the confidence that your pet is in experienced hands.

The Questions We Hear Most
How long does it take?
Our standard turnaround is approximately 1–12 business days, as every piece is individually made to order from your photo. Each order is created from scratch and enters our production queue alongside other custom orders. From digitising your photo to embroidering, quality checking and packing, every piece is carefully made before dispatch. Once shipped, you'll receive your tracking details via email. During Christmas and summer break period (Nov, Dec & Jan) dispatch is between 2-16 business days.
What makes a good reference photo?
A clear, well-lit, front-facing photo where your pet's face is fully visible usually gives the best result. We recommend avoiding filters, since we select the actual colours we see.
Can I see a design before it's made?
Custom portraits include a complimentary artwork preview before embroidery. We won't embroider until you approve!
How do I care for my product?
Wash your jumpers inside out on a gentle cold cycle, avoid bleach, and hang dry or tumble dry on low. Our embroidery is durable and designed to last for years.
Can I include more than one pet?
Yes, you can include up to four pets on selected items like sweatshirts and tote bags. Upload a photo of each and tell us how you'd like them arranged.
