Returns & Exchanges
We want you to absolutely love your Cherry Embroidery order. As most of our items are custom made to order, to your exact specifications, we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges on personalised orders.
If there’s an issue with your item (such as a fault or incorrect customisation), please email us at hello@cherryembroidery.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll always do our best to make it right, including redoing any faulty or incorrect pieces. Please include your order number and proof of purchase.
For non custom orders, we offer store credits within 10 days of delivery date. Store credits have a 2 year long expiry date. Items must be returned in their original condition (with tags). To start a return, please contact us at hello@cherryembroidery with your order number.
Items purchased during sales or promotional periods are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
