    Body width

    Lay a t-shirt that fits you well flat on a table. Measure straight across, 2 cm below the armpits, from one side seam to the other.

    Body length

    Measure from the highest point of the shoulder, next to the collar, straight down to the bottom of the hem.

    Compare

    Match your numbers to the chart. If you're between two sizes, go up for a relaxed fit or down for a closer fit.
